Leo and his team looked at what we required to update our bathtub and shower into a stand-up shower. The price he gave us was the best quote we received of the three companies that quoted the job and after seeing photos of other projects he completed, we gave him the job. His team worked quickly to demolish our existing shower and bathtub. The material he used for the shower walls is very nice and was installed quickly. Once the shower doors were installed and the job completed, we were amazed at how beautiful our bathroom looked. I would definitely refer Sky Tech Builders to anyone interested in improving their bathroom remodel. Jude

We had our Kitchen redone last year and had a great experience. Full transparency, we encountered typical delays and issues that come with any big kitchen renovation, and we lived in our house while construction was being done. There were frustrations. But in the end we got the kitchen we wanted. And it was well worth it. The team had great communication and worked around holidays and scheduling conflicts well. They were proactive about getting inspections and problem solving. The whole team is very kind and reasonable. Most important, we were able to, for the most part, stay on budget, which was a big deal for us. Appreciate all the hard work. Our family is enjoying the new space!

Highly recommended!!!
We recently completed a full kitchen renovation and master bathroom with Leo from Skytech and we couldn't be happier with the results and the process . From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Leo was our primary point of contact, and their communication was flawless. Always available to any question and always return our calls and knew what to recommend us in order to get the look we were aiming for . They provided a detailed schedule, addressed our questions promptly, and ensured we were informed of every milestone. His team was lovely and responsive and most importantly very patient.

Leo and his team at Sky Tech Builders did an excellent job on our office remodel. They handled demolition, new walls, flooring, electrical, and plumbing — even bringing in an expert plumber to solve an unexpected issue. The crew worked on short notice, including during a holiday, and managed the project smoothly while our office was still running.

We spoke with nearly 15–20 contractors before starting, and Leo provided the most reasonable pricing while delivering outstanding quality and professionalism. Both his backend staff and construction team were responsive, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely call Sky Tech Builders again in the future!

I’m thrilled to announce that Skytech Builders is the top ADU contractor in the city. They recently constructed an additional unit atop our three-car garage, and the outcome was truly remarkable. Every team member demonstrated outstanding professionalism, organization, and efficiency, finishing the project precisely as scheduled. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I recommend them.

I recommend Leo and his team for bathroom remodeling. We had completed a fair amount of work ourselves through DIY, but we needed professional help to finish the project. Leo was a pleasure to work with—he communicated effectively both before and during the process, asking plenty of questions to avoid any misunderstandings. His team was punctual and delivered exceptional quality work. I am absolutely delighted with the final result and would definitely collaborate with him again.
